I'm Dwayne Holness, an award-winning entrepreneur, filmmaker and the Founder of Corex Creative Inc. I built Corex from a side hustle in Jane and Finch into a multimillion-dollar storytelling company trusted by Canadian Tire, TD, Rogers and CBC, and I co-founded Perus, a platform opening real estate investing to everyday Canadians.

In October 2026 that work earned the CIBC Entrepreneurship Award from the BlackNorth Initiative and the Jamaican Diaspora Impact Award, on back-to-back nights.
